Commercial Office Space Design
Brendel Products is a commercial office design located in downtown Chicago. With the site plan location on the 35th floor of a skyscraper, there was requirements to work with pre-existing conditions to access to specific locations. Determined special locations were such as the elevator bays, restrooms, to consider essential structural support columns, and stairwells. Fully staffed each department was designed per specific necessities per requirement and user function within the space. A full work up of architectural blueprints drawings were the overall floor plan, furniture plan, reflected ceiling plan, floor finished and paint selections, as well as office equipment items. Following building codes regulations and standard safely codes were also integrated into this design.
